At ERA we understand that having a carer or support worker can be hard which is why we are extremely sensitive to the needs of people with learning disabilities.
Our staff are trained to help and assist you with all tasks and will try to ensure that your best interests are catered for.
Some of the things we can help you with are:
- Personal care (washing/dressing etc...)
- Help around the home
- Activities/outings
- Help with paperwork/bills
- Assisting you to college (if needed)
- Helping you meet new people
- Help you to find local resources to help you
